According to Joe Person of The Athletic, the Panthers have reached a new two-year deal with tight end Tommy Tremble. The 24-year-old, without the agreement, would have become a free agent at the start of the new league year.

The Panthers agreed to a two-year deal with Tremble on Saturday, a league source told The Observer. Full terms of the deal weren’t immediately disclosed. Morgan said last month that he expected the 24-year-old tight end to test the free-agent market. Instead, he will be back with the Panthers through the 2026 season.
