Singer-songwriter Benson Boone debuted on Saturday Night Live with a pair of tracks from his upcoming album, American Heart. Boone first performed “ Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else ,” which reached the Top 40 of the Hot 100 upon its release.

At the end of his Memphis show, Benson Boone jumped off stage, landed in the pit area and raced across the front row, shaking hands and hugging fans.
