According to reports, the BCCI will have a review meeting of India's performance on the Australia tour, however, there will be no sweeping changes. Gautam Gambhir will be retained as India coach for the England tour while Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be part of the squad.

"Yes, there will be a review meeting but no firing. C'mon, you can't sack a coach for the batters' poor show in one series. Gautam Gambhir will remain the coach, and Virat and Rohit will feature in the England series. The focus is Champions Trophy," BCCI sources told IANS on Tuesday.

In nine innings of the five Test matches, Virat Kohli managed only 190 runs. The only big run that came from his bat was in the second innings of the first Test at Perth, where he remained unbeaten on 100. In the next seven innings, his highest score was 36.
