Nicholas Hoult has the 'Nosferatu' prosthetic penis from the set after writer/director Robert Eggers gave it to him.

It wasn’t enough for Count Orlok’s prosthetic penis to be in its natural form. The special prop piece had an actual frame, which the actor says later broke. This meant he legitimately had to take the Nosferatu prop to again be framed in all of its glory and this is when the additional hilarity ensued:

So, naturally, when Hoult wrapped filming, Eggers gifted him the prop so that the actor would always be able to gaze upon it and remember the experience. "Rob got it framed and sent to my house,” he recalled. “But the frame had broken when it got there, so I had to take it to a local frame shop and I had to be like, ‘Hey, dude, can you fix this?’”
