Anthony Ricco, representing Sean 'Diddy' Combs, has filed to withdraw from the federal case citing reasons protected by attorney-client privilege.

"Under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs," Ricco wrote in the Manhattan federal court filing.
