The death toll grew Sunday as Israel and Iran exchanged missile attacks for a third straight day, with Israel warning that worse is to come.

A new alert was issued by the U.S. the same day that Israel warned hundreds of thousands of people in the middle of the Iranian capital Tehran to evacuate.
