SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — A woman who accused Mike Tyson of raping her in a limousine in Upstate New York is dropping her lawsuit against the former heavyweight boxing champion, according to a letter filed in U.S. District Court in Syracuse, N.Y.

According to the letter, dated March 7, the woman is "voluntarily discontinuing this Action with prejudice," meaning the lawsuit cannot be refiled. The parties later filed a signed stipulation of voluntarily dismissal,
