Manchester City forward Chloe Kelly has released an emotional statement asking to be granted her wish to leave the club in search of first-team football.

Manchester City winger Chloe Kelly has said she “accepts her future is not at this club” beyond the expiration of her contract in June and said her mental wellbeing has been adversely impacted after being “dictated to whom I can and can’t join”.

Chloe Kelly said she has accepted that her future no longer lies with Manchester City and has released a statement asking to leave the club.

Chloe Kelly is pushing for a move away from Manchester City before the closing of the January window. The 27-year-old doesn't have much time to secure a move but has put pressure on her club with a statement she released on social media last night.
