The Clay County Prosecutor's Office announced that Andrew Lester will appear in court Friday, Feb. 14, just days before he was scheduled to stand trial regarding the shooting of Ralph Yarl.
Andrew Lester was scheduled to stand trial next week on charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action in the shooting of the then-16-year-old, who survived.
