Throughout his lengthy career in the NFL and at USC, Pete Carroll has been known for fielding elite defenses. Which made it all the more interesting, that, in his first draft as the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, Carroll focused on the offensive side of the ball.

According to NFL insider Aaron Wilson, the Raiders have signed former UNLV quarterback Hajj-Malik Williams as an undrafted free agent. He won't have to travel far to join the team, as he spent the last year playing football in Las Vegas.

The Raiders went 4-13 last season under Antonio Pierce, who was fired in January. Holding the sixth overall pick in this year’s draft, Las Vegas has options to look to turn around the team.The Raiders have used five different starting quarterbacks over the last two seasons,
