Now I'm a bit too old to know much about Avatar: The Last Airbender except that it's got nothing to do with James Cameron's Avatar and also we don't talk about the M.

Magic: the Gathering has officially announced its next major "Universes Beyond" crossover, bringing Avatar: the Last Airbender to the card game.

According to the announcement, MTG Avatar: The Last Airbender will be hitting shelves on November 21. It's unclear what the set will involve in terms of products, but we can probably expect something similar to the Assassin's Creed crossover last year. (Play and Collector boosters at a minimum, in other words.)

That’s what makes both so interesting — they aren’t just Commander sets, or Secret Lair drops — it’s the real deal.
