Nabil Bentaleb could not have scripted his comeback any better after the Lille midfielder marked his return to the side following a heart attack last year with a goal in Sunday's 2-0 win at Stade Rennais.

Lille midfielder Nabil Bentaleb was overcome with emotion after making a scoring return to football after eight months out following a cardiac arrest. The Algerian came on away to Rennes in the 76th minute and netted four minutes later in Sunday's 2-0 Ligue 1 win.
