Northfield Township is a civil township of Washtenaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 8,514 at the 2020 census. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.37 square miles, of which 35.77 square miles is land and 0.60 square miles is water.
